Stephanie A. Mayberry

Stephanie A. Masteph-02-2016byberry is a writer living in Charleston, South Carolina. She managed to escape the cube farm after putting in eight long years in Washington, D.C. as an analyst for the Federal Government where she focused on disaster response, technical writing, program management, and FOIA.

While she has, for the most part, been a part-time freelance writer since the late 1990’s, since March 2013, she has been a deliriously happy full-time freelancer. It suits her natural introvert tendencies and eliminates the three-hour round-trip commute each day – uphill, both ways, in a blizzard, without shoes (OK, she had shoes – quite stunning shoes, actually).

Recent publications include Chicken Soup for the Soul; The Power of Gratitude, Transitions Magazine (Canadian Publication), Parachute for Mapquest, and Mobile RVing. She attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana where she majored in Political Science and Philosophy, staying true to her slightly left of center (but completely endearing) personality.

Her unique view of the world allows her to approach a project from unexpected directions, much to the delight of her readers. In turn, her solid grasp of SEO and thorough research are a great delight to her clients. They also highly value her innate ability to breathe life into a brand, giving dimension and perspective to its voice.

Her commitment to provide her clients with unmatched customer service is what keeps them coming back – or it could just be the cookies. Clients love cookies.
